We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Messiah a great experience.

You might be wondering, what’s it really like at Messiah.
Simply stated, at Messiah, we’re all about Jesus. You won’t be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. And we don’t care how you’re dressed or what you believe. Our church is made up of imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable. At Messiah, Jesus takes us where we are and we grow in Him together. Want to know the best part? No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have about God and faith, our church is a place where you’ll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus gives to everyone.

Our Pastor

Pastor Allen Cook, Interim Pastor

Thanks for taking a couple of minutes to check out our website, especially the stories of the people that make up our church family. Messiah isn’t a building, it’s a group of people who have devoted themselves to God’s transforming power. It really is amazing what can happen when all sorts of different people come together with just one thing in common…Jesus. Grace Ministries, the church for whom I am the Senior Pastor, birthed Messiah in 1988, and, for over three decades we have watched over it as it has grown. Messiah was founded on a simple principle: we love God, and we love people. Watching God change people’s lives; it doesn’t get any better than that! We hope to see you at church sometime soon.

— Pastor Allen

What Should I Expect?

Our services are about 60 minutes long and can include singing (both contemporary songs and hymns), communion, dramas, and Bible teaching.

You’ll see everything from jeans to suits. Come as you are! Messiah is for everyone!

There is ample parking in the church’s parking lot as well as a carport for drop off service in nasty weather and for anyone needed assistance. For anyone needing assistance, just pull your car up to the front door and our ushers will gladly park your car for you.

You will be greeted by our friendly welcome team.
If you have any questions, they would be happy to help. Just look for the smiling faces!

If you have children (from birth to 12 years), they can participate in our fun (and safe!) Children’s Ministry during each service.

We hope once again to be able to enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea and donuts provided by the world-famous Congdon’s donuts after service to get to know to others. For now, refreshments are not being served.

Your family’s safety is our highest priority. We have trained security personnel and precautionary safety protocol to keep our church a safe place to visit.

Our church has a full recreation center for use by you and your family. Please check out the facility when you visit and click on our recreation tab to see what’s offered.
