Madi and Teddy Morin

We came to Messiah when they were in grade school and preschool via Messiah’s Tween and Kids events and over time, we transitioned from never going to church to attending weekly with our parents. Madi attends Gordon College and Teddy attends Wells High. Both of us have experienced yearlong medical injuries and serious illness that caused us to miss school and drop out of our regular activities. Jesus used our parents and mentors at Messiah to guide us toward Him with strength and hope when we were facing obstacles. Through these experiences, we came to understand the peace and love God gives even when we are undeserving, and now we live every day trying to reflect that to others around us. At Messiah, we have been given opportunities and a platform from which to serve God in accordance with the spiritual gifts we have been given. We know what it means to be true disciples of Jesus.
