Ann grew up in Massachusetts and owned an employment service and raised four sons and loved by five grandchildren. She came to Maine in 2005 to take care of her mother who had broken her foot where she ran a employment service. “The hardest part of my life was when my husband abandoned me. I was devastated but could sense Jesus taking care of everything, including me emotionally.” When Ann moved to Maine, she was looking for a Divorce Care Support group and someone suggested that she go the class at Messiah. “Coming here was the best thing that has happened to me. This church is a church for the hurting people. I have been a Christian for 40 years but what I have received here feels like even more has been added to my life. I have never left a service without getting something out of it.”
